From the start April and her husband were wonderful to work with. We purchased our puppy a few weeks before he was ready. We were pleasantly surprised with all the updates and photos we received. We have heard of socialized puppies and have had several labs but never one that had been socialized. Since bringing him home at 8 weeks he knows how to sit, his name, and to pee on the puppy pads. His disposition is wonderful. The right mix of playful and friendly. We would highly recommend this breeder. The process was easy and fun. They produce great puppies. Our experience was and continues to be phenomenal! April and Matt are professional and sincere. We were referred by common friends that also have a chocolate lab. It clearly shows how much they love what they do! The process was easy and they made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. April was a great help with getting me my new best friend. She always gave me updates and sent the cutest pictures prior to picking him up. Upon arrival the date of pickup she had everything I would need to get started up along with some helpful tips that have gone a long way. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a puppy to check them out!

This is my first experience adopting from a breeder but I can’t imagine the experience going any better. From the very beginning, they were very communicative and extremely friendly. I had a lot of questions, all of which were answered to the fullest extent with enthusiasm. We got the most beautiful Chocolate Lab from Deep South Labradors. Her temperament is perfect and my kiddos are madly in love with her. I couldn't recommend them more, as they answered every question I had and were more than helpful! Highly recommend!

The best Lab you could get, April is so professional and informative she really takes care of the puppies, you can see how social and well taken care of they are when you pick them up. Puppy comes with all the vaccines up to date and health certificate, plus she gives you so much info about their behavior and extra tips to make your first day with your new puppy easier. I highly recommend Deep South Labrador Retrievers and maybe in the future get another lab from them! My daughter can’t get enough of her little puppy and we are in love with our Brownie!🐶
